Throwback Thursday: toy addition

-Shopkins

I remember playing with Shopkins when I was little and I had like every single one. I remember I would always leave them on the floor and then I would step on them and hurt my feet.  -Princess Shoes

I remember the princess shoes were always to small for my feet and they would never fit. I would have to shove them into my feet then when I took them off my feet would hurt so bad.

-Hatchimals

I remember I got one for Christmas when I was 7 and I waited so long for it to hatch. Then when it finally did hatch I was so happy.

-Ring game

The first time I played with one was in first grade and I was determined to win so I made my mom buy one for me.

Dream bedroom

It would be really cool to be able to design my own bedroom. I would want something just nice and modern and clean. With also a good view and floor to ceiling windows.

  1. There must be a great view that I can look out of when I wake up. And I want there to be a door that goes on a deck with some chairs and a view of the ocean.
  2. There needs to be a clean neat room with nice furniture. I want my furniture colors to be white, black, and grey https://www.furniturerow.com/locations/Draper/UT/100049
  3.   There needs to be a desk that I can sit at and do homework and on top of that a shoe wall. And I could put pictures on the desk and just a place to sit.
This is the type of windows I want

This is a desk I want in my room

Personality Quiz!!

I took three different personality quizzes and some of the results shocked me. For one of them I wanted to see what wild cat I was. It told me I am a snow leopard because while everyone else is complaining about cold weather, i’m out playing. Another quiz I took was to see what sea animal I am. It told me I am a beluga whale because i’m so playful and friendly. The last quiz I took was what dinosaur I am. It said i’m a Velociraptor because i’m a natural group leader and aren’t afraid to say what you think. But I also know when to keep quiet.

How to make brownies!

How to make the BEST browni es!!

  • 2 eggs + water –  use a bit of water with the eggs to achieve the moist, gooey texture of boxed mix brownies without any commercial emulsifiers. And because this recipe doesn’t contain any baking powder, eggs are essential for helping the brownies puff up in the oven.
  • Powdered sugar – The trick to making homemade brownies that are just like ones from a box! Powdered sugar contains cornstarch, which helps thicken the batter without the chemical additives you’d find in a mix.
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder – I recommends using Hershey’s Special Dark Dutch-processed cocoa powder (I used Whole Foods’ 365 Cocoa Powder). Make sure to sift it if it’s lumpy!
  • Oil – While many recipes for brownies use unsalted butter, it calls for canola oil, just like the boxed mix. I use olive oil, and I love the rich flavor.
  • Vanilla Extract – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla really amps up the chocolate flavor.

That’s it! These fantastic homemade brownies are so easy.

Do I Like My Name?

I like my name because not many people have it but I don’t like how some people say it. My name means “Determined, independent”. Another person said it could mean “Intelligent” and, “Happy, light spirited!”.
